Refund Policy
We at Sky Luxury Jewelry strive to make you feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) based on our Return and Exchange Policy below.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Online Exchanges or Returns
- Changes: Changes can be made within 7 days maximum after the purchase at Sky Luxury Jewelry.
- Value: The exchange can be made for an item of the same or higher value, paying the difference if the new item has a higher price.
- Store Credit: We offer exchanges or store credit in never used pieces within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.
- Final Sale: Products in discounts or promotions are Final Sale.
- Shipping: We do not refund for the cost of shipping.
- Packaging: Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Sky Luxury Jewelry box.
- Personalization: Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Condition: Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% applies to each piece to be returned.
- Piercings: Piercings are Final Sale for hygiene reasons.
Sky Luxury Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
In the event of cancellations within a period of 24 hours or less or before the order is prepared, a Store Credit will be issued.
Exchange Process for Orders
To start a return, you can contact us at +1 (786) 750-0989. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Delivery costs are NOT covered by Sky Luxury Jewelry. Items must be returned in the same box and packaging that were received.
- Put your jewelry in a shipping Box. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging.
- Attach your label to the shipping box.
- Bring your packaged box to a USPS location.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items, Gift Cards, Any Cuban Links, anything in 10K Gold, or Personalized Jewelry (names, initials). Products sold via invoice through email are also final sale.

Cambios o Devoluciones Online
- Plazo: Los cambios se podrán realizar en un plazo máximo de 7 días posteriores a la compra.
- Crédito: Ofrecemos cambios o crédito en la tienda en piezas nunca utilizadas. No ofrecemos reembolsos de dinero.
- Venta Final: Productos en descuento, promociones, eslabones cubanos (Cuban Links), artículos de oro de 10K y joyería personalizada son VENTA FINAL.
- Gastos de Envío: Los costos de envío para devoluciones no están cubiertos por la tienda.
- Tarifa: Se aplica una tarifa de reposición (restocking fee) del 5% por cada pieza a devolver.
Reembolsos (Crédito de Tienda)
Le notificaremos una vez que hayamos recibido e inspeccionado su devolución. Si se aprueba, automáticamente le enviaremos un CRÉDITO DE TIENDA por el monto total del pedido o cambiaremos su producto según su deseo.
