Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within a minimum of 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Free Shipping: Sky Luxury Jewelry offers free shipping on orders over $150.
- Insurance: To protect your luxury investment, all orders are fully insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider.
- Shipping Rates: Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
- Returned Packages: If a shipment is returned by the carrier after multiple delivery attempts, the original purchaser is responsible for reshipping fees (starting at $20).
Order Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sky Luxury Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping
Can I ship an order to a foreign country?
Yes, Sky Luxury Jewelry provides international shipping services to most destinations worldwide.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to ensure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes cost should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. We do our best to deliver within the stated time; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process of the destination country.
